Payment

Pixellry accepts various payment methods, including Credit Card, Debit Card, Google Pay, Ewallet (Malaysia region), and FPX (Malaysia Region).

Disputes and Cancellations

  • We encourage Buyers and Sellers to make efforts to resolve conflicts amicably. If such attempts prove unsuccessful, even after utilizing the Resolution Center, or if users come across non-permitted usage on the site, they can seek assistance from Pixellry’s Customer Support department by contacting them here.
  • In order to uphold fairness for freelancers, once an order is placed, refunds are not possible during the freelancer’s working timeframe unless the freelancer agrees to the cancellation and refund.
  • If a freelancer cannot commit to completing the work within the agreed timeframe, the buyer/client may initiate a cancellation request. We encourage buyers and sellers to communicate before raising a cancellation refund request.
  • If a buyer mistakenly places an order and requests a refund, please contact the Pixellry Support Team within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

  • Refund processing paperwork will be completed within 24 to 48 hours. The refunded funds will be credited to the buyer’s bank account within 4-5 days, subject to the buyer’s banking process. Please be aware that this timeframe is contingent on the working days of the buyer’s country’s banking system.

 

Remittance & Funds Withdrawal

  • Our remittance partner for withdrawals is Sunway Money Sdn Bhd, certified by Malaysia Bank Negara.
  • Remittance support country:

    • Asia: Bahrain, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Türkiye, Vietnam.

      Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

      Europe: Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Vatican City.

      North America: Canada, Cayman Island, Trinidad and Tobago, USA, Virgin Island (British).

      Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea.

      Middle East: Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.

      Africa: Egypt, Kenya, Mauritius, Nigeria, Somalia.

  • For countries not included in the list above, the default currency for payment will be USD.

Funds Withdrawal

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is $10 (approximately RM50.00).
  • Please be aware that the maximum daily withdrawal limit is $10,000. This limit may vary depending on the freelancer’s country, as the banking system may require verification of the source of income funds.
